CNA or HHA – Hope Visiting Nurses-Private Duty (+ Continuous Care)
Provide personal care, light housekeeping, and prep meals for Private Duty patients in their home or community. May occasionally be required to drive patients to appointments. Current Florida CNA license required or Home Health Aide. Must be willing to obtain HHA or CNA at Hope’s discretion. Position primarily assigned to Hope Visiting Nurses but will also be trained and expected to care for Continuous Care hospice patients and float to other Hope Service Areas to meet organizational needs.
Schedule Varies - Ability to work a variable schedule (between 7am to 11pm) required - Includes days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Patients located in Lee, Charlotte, Collier, Hendry and Glades Counties
