Job Description

CNA - PRN – Patient Homes - Team 400 Pool - Patients in Hendry & Glades Counties - (Clewiston Office)

Positions will be assigned to a primary team such as home health, hospice house, nursing home, hospice home visits, hospice continuous care or PACE but must be willing to be trained and float to other Hope Service areas and locations to meet organizational needs. Variable 8 and 12 hour shifts - days, evenings and/or nights (Mon-Sun) available. Candidates with the greatest flexibility, availability and willingness to be trained for and float to multiple areas will be given preference. Florida CNA License required and minimum 1 year experience preferred.
