CNA - Skilled Care & Assisted Living Communities - Team 210 - Patients-Facilities-Fort Myers W. of Pine Ridge incl. Shell Point and Homes-W. of Shell Point incl. Sanibel & Lower Captiva - (Fort Myers Office)
Provide care to hospice patients in Skilled Care and Assisted Living Communities. One year experience preferred – Florida CNA License required. Daily travel required. Monday thru Friday - Days with a minimum of 2 weekend days per month. Position is assigned to a primary team but may be trained and float to other areas to meet organizational needs.
