Compensation: $215,000-$230,000 Base Salary + Performance Bonus

We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join a growing home care organization serving multiple locations throughout the New York metropolitan area. This executive leadership role will partner directly with the CEO to oversee operations, strengthen leadership teams, improve organizational performance, and support continued growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple home care locations
• Provide leadership and guidance to Directors of Operations and management teams
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, profitability, and growth
• Establish, monitor, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Build scalable systems, processes, and infrastructure to support expansion
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing leadership teams
• Identify opportunities to enhance operations through technology, automation, and process improvement
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and organizational development
• Support operational integration efforts related to growth and acquisitions

Qualifications:

• Significant leadership experience in healthcare, home care, home health, or a related service-based industry
• Proven success managing multiple locations, departments, and leadership teams
• Experience driving operational improvements and organizational growth
• Strong knowledge of financial performance management, KPIs, and process improvement initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead accountable, high-performing teams
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Home care or home health experience strongly preferred
• MBA preferred
