Job Description
Maximus is hiring a Case Manager to join our team!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative/clerical support to customer service, modification, order entry, and National Medical Support Notice units and assigned staff
- Provide customer service relief in the call center during lunches and breaks and in times of high call volume.
- Enters all orders, incoming mail, and correspondence into system daily.
- Ensure completion of all priority referrals.
- Screen referrals for arrears calculation to determine which referrals should be processed.
- Assign identified cases to a pending status be worked.
- Create files based on appropriate referrals and maintain an organized filing system for information while in the data gathering and order entry process.
- Gather all necessary information screens and recipient ledgers.
- Fill requests for support orders through accessing microfiche and maintain organization of all support order microfiche.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent with 0 - 2 years of experience.
