Job Description

Maximus is hiring a Case Manager to join our team!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative/clerical support to customer service, modification, order entry, and National Medical Support Notice units and assigned staff
  • Provide customer service relief in the call center during lunches and breaks and in times of high call volume.
  • Enters all orders, incoming mail, and correspondence into system daily.
  • Ensure completion of all priority referrals.
  • Screen referrals for arrears calculation to determine which referrals should be processed.
  • Assign identified cases to a pending status be worked.
  • Create files based on appropriate referrals and maintain an organized filing system for information while in the data gathering and order entry process.
  • Gather all necessary information screens and recipient ledgers.
  • Fill requests for support orders through accessing microfiche and maintain organization of all support order microfiche.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent with 0 - 2 years of experience.
