License: Active state license
Details: - Candidates must be willing and available to work at any of the attached facilities (29 locations through out Florida).
- Contracts are 26 weeks in length, but all candidates MUST be willing to work at multiple locations.
- All facility locations will be assigned for a minimum of 2 weeks.
- Travel between "2 week" assignments will have mileage reimbursed with the appropriate documentation.
- Travel between locations, is not considered working hours.
- Clinicians are guaranteed 40 hours per week, whether they are assigned to a facility or not, however they MUST be available to work their regular schedule ate any of the facilities.
- Clinicians are being paid to be a RETAINED RESPONSE TEAM, so they should not be working other positions that could affect their availability or exposure to COVID.
- All contracts have a 30 day cancellation clause.
- Contractors have 3 days to arrive and start at a requested facility, however, this is unpaid "travel" time.
- PPE is provided at all facilities and mandated for use.
