Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provides Crisis Intervention and Stabilization Services to children and/ or adults.
- provides supervision and constant observation of clients assigned to care.
- Monitors, evaluates and records client progress toward treatment goals.
- Provides group training to clients implementing behavior modification techniques identified in treatment plan.
- Implements life skills workshops and programs in behavior management, youth services, community and social services in an effort to transition clients to home and or community.
- Identify environmental impediments to client progress through individual contact, dialoging and group training with clients.
- Knowledge of agency policy and procedures
- Ability to coordinate and organize the delivery process
- Ability to monitor consumer's progress toward meeting establishes goals
- Knowledge of consumer's treatment goals
- Knowledge of crisis intervention
- Ability to prepare reports and case history records
- Knowledge of target population
- Ability to assist with individual counseling sessions
