Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provides Crisis Intervention and Stabilization Services to children and/ or adults.
  • provides supervision and constant observation of clients assigned to care.
  • Monitors, evaluates and records client progress toward treatment goals.
  • Provides group training to clients implementing behavior modification techniques identified in treatment plan.
  • Implements life skills workshops and programs in behavior management, youth services, community and social services in an effort to transition clients to home and or community.
  • Identify environmental impediments to client progress through individual contact, dialoging and group training with clients.
Technical Competencies:
  • Knowledge of agency policy and procedures
  • Ability to coordinate and organize the delivery process
  • Ability to monitor consumer's progress toward meeting establishes goals
  • Knowledge of consumer's treatment goals
  • Knowledge of crisis intervention
  • Ability to prepare reports and case history records
  • Knowledge of target population
  • Ability to assist with individual counseling sessions
