Position: Clinical Research Coordinator
Location: Miami, FL
Shift: ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Duties:

• Performs all job responsibilities in accordance with standards of Good Clinical Practice
• Performs subject visit protocol requirements, conducts clinical research procedures and patient care visits as delegated by Principal Investigator and/or Site Director
• Completes all study documentation forms and other clinical trial specific documents accurately and timely
• Works under the direction of the Principal Investigator to ensure subjects receive appropriate medical evaluation and care
• Serves as the primary contact with sponsor for each assigned study, facilitates sponsor or CRO monitoring visits (including pre-site selection, site initiation, interim and close out visits) and is responsible for the completion of study queries and database clean up
• Schedules appointments and enters visits, screen failure information and other necessary study related data into revenue recognition system, as required, accurately and timely.
• Attends sponsor Investigator meetings and clinical trial conference calls for assigned clinical trials
• Ensures and/or completes all necessary regulatory documentation and maintaining regulatory files for assigned trials as applicable
• Performs administratively and operationally as a member of the study and site teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a science field OR Nursing degree (preferred)
• Two (2) years related experience.
• Clinical trial and/or study coordination experience preferred; one (1) year clinical trial experience in related study field desired.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above
• CCRC preferred
