SCHEDULE:
This is a full-time, in-office position, Monday through Friday. 8am-5pm or flexible.
PAY:
You’ll earn a $23-$25 hourly, depending on experience
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primary responsibilities will focus on cleaning up old AR statements, fielding internal calls/emails from clients, and other tasks as needed.
You will be expected to:
- Utilize QuickBooks (experience preferred but willing to train), Microsoft Suite (Excel) and Teams.
- Build and maintain relationships with our clients
- Arrive in business attire Monday – Thursday. Enjoy Casual Fridays!
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-2 years previous experience
- College degree preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Teams required
- QuickBooks experience preferred
