Position: Benefits and Compensation Specialist
Location: Marinette, WI
Duration: 13 Weeks
Job Information
- Works under general supervision of the Employee Services Director and assumes responsibility for benefits and compensation administration for all employees.
- Provides technical support on benefit issues.
- Maintains Human Resource Information System records and compiles utilization and other reports from database.
- Monitors and maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning benefits, minimum wage requirements and exempt status. Keeps current regarding benefit legislation. Researches, analyzes, and interprets impact of legislative changes.
Requirements
- Experience in Healthcare HR - primarily benefits
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
