Guardian Healthcare Providers is searching for a Talent Sourcing Specialist who is a creative, energetic team player, with a passion for recruitment to join our growing Corrections Team

Guardian Healthcare Providers Inc. is a trusted staffing solutions partner providing healthcare personnel to specialized facilities and organizations throughout the United States. This position is a pivotal role in our recruitment process. As the first point of contact with prospective employees, we need someone that can make a great impression from the very start!

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Facilitate an exceptional recruitment experience for external candidates
• Partner with Lead Recruiter to manage and report on recruitment needs
• Implement new strategies to develop recruiting pipelines.
• Continually hit target sourcing goals established by management
• Creates imaginative original job ads that will attract top talent into our organization.
• Utilize creativity to implement 'outside the box' recruiting techniques to source candidates through the use of the internet, social media, and other online resources.
• Work independently to screen candidates through resume reviews, phone interviews.
• Assist with recruitment and selection events including, but not limited to, Conferences and Job Fairs
• Maintain candidate records and track recruitment metrics (e.g., candidates yielded by each source, time to hire, etc.) to evaluate and improve hiring efficiency.
• Communicates and collaborates effectively with recruiters and management to expedite the interviewing and selection process.
• Additional administrative duties as needed.
This is a full time, benefited position. Hours expected to work are Monday through Friday from 08:00 AM to 5:00 PM at our Brentwood, TN office.

• Healthcare Experience (Required) Sourcing Experience (preferred) Correctional Experience (MAJOR PLUS)
