Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our practice in Brighton, MA.

The ideal IT Support Specialist will participate in IT hardware or software deployment projects, as well as installations. They provide technical support to end-users, respond to help requests from the IT helpdesk phone and email channels, and triage support requests.

Responsibilities of the IT Support Specialist

  • Minimum 2 years experience of operating system support including Microsoft 10 and Microsoft Server 2008-2019.
  • Minimum 2 years service experience with Microsoft Active Directory and related technologies including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, GPO.
  • Minimum 2 years IT experience of: server support in a Windows environment, and laptop encryptions
  • Minimum 1-year experience of Spiceworks help desk, application support with MS Office 2010 and later, Adobe products, SharePoint.
