Position: Shipping/Receiving Clerk
Location: Clifton,NJ
Shift: Monday to Friday 10am -630pm alternate weekends from 8am to 4pm. When covering Saturday or Sunday they will have Wednesday off.
Job Duties:
- Responsible for shipping, receiving and routing of materials into and out of the Business Unit (BU), as well as the appropriate documentation and data entry
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Strong problem solving skills, good communication skills, good record keeping skills
- Ability to operate a computer, printer and bar code scanner
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.) or equivalent
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
- A minimum of 1 year paid working experience
- Customer service attitude
- Must be able to lift up to seventy (70) pounds
- Ability to operate materials handling equipment as needed (fork lift, pallet jack, etc.)
- Data entry skills
