Job Description
Industry leading company in Tennessee is seeking a full time Clinical Production Supervisor to join our team!
We provide comprehensive anatomic, clinical and molecular pathology services as an industry leader. We are privately held and physician centered, designed to work seamlessly with medical practices and provide direct consultation when needed.

Work schedule: Monday – Friday 11:00 pm – 7:00 am
JOB SUMMARY:
- Responsible for overall night shift operations of clinical production and clinical staff
- Assist in hiring and training of appropriate staff for the night shift
- Responsible for the performance of clinical instrumentation and equipment to include maintenance, troubleshooting, and QC as needed
- Design and update processes to promote maximum efficiency/accuracy of testing and reporting and other workflow improvements on the production shift
- Must hold a valid Medical Laboratory Technician or Medical Technologist Tennessee License
- 3+ years leadership experience required
- ASCP required; Supervisor licensed preferred but not required
