Position: Front/Back Office MA
Location: Valencia, CA
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30A-4P
Job Information
- Responsible for coordinating monthly and quarterly random testing programs for our clients. Update the random pool selection by communicating with employer.
- On a monthly and quarterly basis, responsible for reviewing and notifying clients of pending random tests that need to be completed.
- On an annual basis, responsible for providing DOT clients with their Management Information Systems (MIS) Report.
- Provide required documentation for clients who are under audit; communicate with government agency and State personnel throughout the audit process.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with client accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Provide information by answering questions and requests. This can involve system training and discussions regarding Federal guidelines.
Requirements
- Associate degree with major courses in business administration, social science, or related-field from an accredited college or equivalent. Associate degree is preferred.
- In lieu of an undergraduate degree, the ratio is 1:1, meaning one year of college equals one year of experience.
