The Clinical Analytics Director is a leadership position responsible for leveraging data and analytics to drive insights and support clinical initiatives. The position will lead clinical analytics for the company and support specific projects in partnership with the Clinical team.

Education:

  • Education Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field; Master’s Prepared preferred.

Experience:

  • Must possess a minimum of 5+ years’ experience with Data Analysis and data reporting tools.
  • Experience with healthcare delivery organizations preferred
  • Knowledge of data integration methodologies required.
  • Proficiency with MS-ACCESS, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, and in-depth working knowledge of Tableau.

Licenses/Certifications:

  • None required
  • Research, analyze, and report clinical data and prepare and/or present related dashboards or written reports; often to executive audiences.
  • Gather analysis requirements by meeting with Clinical team and other Department Managers. This can involve administrative, operational, and clinical leadership and care providers across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and supply creative solutions.
  • Ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis and benchmark price comparison.
  • Possess tactical, strategic, administrative and operational analytical capabilities.
  • Conduct related report presentation including summary conclusions and recommendations.
  • Responsible for project management of multiple projects and development of reports and dashboard development using Tableau, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint and other analytical platforms.
  • Perform mathematical calculations to benchmark and trend metrics.
  • Must be able to apply principles of critical thinking to a variety of practical and emergent situations and accurately follow standardized procedures that may call for deviations.
  • Must be able to apply sound judgment beyond a specific set of instructions and apply knowledge to different factual situations.
  • Must be alert at all times; pay close attention to details.
  • Must be able to work under stress on a regular or continuous basis.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
