Outpatient Licensed Therapist

$10,000 Sign-on BONUS for Licensed Therapists!

Licensed Therapist Job Requirements:

  • LCSW or LMFT required
  • Newly licensed Therapists welcome – training provided!

The Outpatient Therapist performs varied therapeutic and case management services for The Outpatient Program. Therapeutic functions include (but not limited to): biopsychosocial assessment and creation of treatment plans; formulate and conduct educational, therapeutic, and/or support groups that assist patients in meeting their treatment goals; crisis intervention; short-term and long-term family therapy; and providing information and referrals as needed. Incumbent is responsible for treatment planning and other case management functions that enables patients to reach their optimal level of emotional health including (but not limited to): participating in the development of an interdisciplinary treatment plan; ensuring that the treatment plan has specific measurable goals, objectives, interventions, and current; collaborating with multidisciplinary treatment team in planning for discharge and follow-up care.
