Start date: ASAP start date, upon credentialing
Setting: Hospital + ASC environment with fair, flexible schedule
Case/Procedure Experience: General, Colorectal, Ortho, Spine, Thoracic, Cardiac, Vascular, Cath lab, IR, Endo, OBGYN, ENT, Podiatry, Plastic, some Peds
Independent CRNA practice in a collaborative MD/CRNA model
