Dates coverage is needed: ASAP - Ongoing
Schedule/Shift times: Monday – Sunday, 40 hour weeks. Start time of 7:30a
Types of cases/Specialty mix: General cases only
Support staff available (CRNA’s, MA’s, Scrub Techs): 4 CRNAs and 1 MD
