  • Schedule Hours for Clinic /Hospital: 40 hours
  • Schedule Days Clinic /Hospital: Monday-Friday
  • Number of patients seen per day in hospital: 1 to 10 on average
  • Call Night /Weekend: 1 weeknight each week, weekend call rotates every 4th and 5th weekend
  • Call Days: 1 weeknight each week, weekend call rotates every 4th and 5th weekend
  • Call Start: 1900
  • Call End: 0700
  • Call will be for assigned patients
  • Call response time required: 30 minutes
  • Call Ratio – Call Back %: 30%
  • Avg. Admissions while on call: 1-5
  • Avg. Patients seen while on call: 1-5
  • Age of Patients: Toddler through Geriatric
  • Inpatient/Outpatient Setting (Surgery)
  • Beds in Department: OR- 14, 3 Endo, 2- OB, 4 - Cath
  • Support Staff: 50 RNs, 25 STs
  • Rounding
  • Admissions Required
  • Admissions Per Shift (when not on call): 1-10
  • ACLS, PALS Required
  • GA Licensed
  • BC (CRNA after graduation, board required)
  • IMLC
  • CMR: Cerner
