Job Description
MDA (Medical Doctor Associates) is looking for a CRNA for a locum assignment in Chicago.
- Large Hospital
- As soon as credentialed through August 2019 with possible extension
- Either 5/8hr shifts or 4x10hr shifts
- B&B, Ortho, Endo, Urology, Peds, provider not required to do Regionals
- ACLS, BLS, PALS, Case Logs, TB and Flu vaccination
- $115 per hour plus travel and lodging
