Locum CRNA needed in Davenport, IA. Starting as soon as credentialed (30 - 60 days) and ongoing. o Monday - Friday 7a-3p Will not work July 4, 5, or September 2nd. o No weekends o No Call o Credentialing - 3 weeks o EMR - Cerner o AANA - Required o ACLS & PALS - Required o NRP - Preferred o Adult & Peds experience - Required o IA License at time of submission - Required - Compact License Allowed o $500 Visa Gift Card earned every 500 hours worked - Odyssey Loyalty Program. o $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days. o $Competitive Hourly pay housing travel A rated malpractice insurance if needed.
