- Schedule
- Monday - Friday, 7-5:30 shifts
- Occasional OT, about once a week at most until 7 pm, Occasional OT, about once a week at most until 7pm. 8 locations per day until 3:30, 4 sites until 5:30, 2 sites until 7
- Clinical Details
- OB, Ortho, proficiency in regional u/s guidance, Neuro spine, and healthy peds
- No heads
- Requirements
- Board certified
- Call
- 1:6 for CRNA's
- Support staff
- Supervision 1:3
- EMR
- Paper Charting

- Seeking 2 providers due to vacancy
- Privs: 3-4 months
