Asante has an opportunity for a CRNA to join our team in beautiful Grants Pass, Oregon. Must be proficient in spinal, epidural, and advanced peripheral nerve blocks. OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS:

• Base salary of $180,000 per year

• Quality incentives up to 16% of base available

• Up to $49,400 Call Pay depending on call schedule

• $10,000 Signing Bonus

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in Anesthesia required. Minimum of five years of CRNA experience is preferred. Must possess the ability to establish an anesthesia plan based on cumulative data provided. Must be willing and able to practice anesthesia in a spirit of professionalism and cooperation with patients, peers, support staff and hospital departments, consistent with the mission of Asante.

License / Certification: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists and Registered Nurse (RN) licensed by Oregon State Board of Nursing required. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certified from American Heart Association required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certified by American Heart Association (AHA).
