- Procedures: Trauma,General, Neuro/Spine, Ortho, Vascular, Thoracic, OB/GYN, GI. Locums will not be on cardiac or complex cases. Site has their own cardiac team.
- OR’s and Case Volume: 14 OR’s, 2 Cardiac, 3 GI, plus cath lab.

- Active MD license
- Active MD DEA, CDS
