Facility Details/Requirements:
*Active Arkansas license required - we can assist with this
*Temporary privileges granted for clean applicant files
*Shifts available: 8s, 12s, day, night, weekend, OB, call
*All cases including Cardiac, Pediatric ENT, Obstetrics, Neurology, General, Vascular, Orthopedics, etc.
*Board Certification required
*Call: OB in-house with main OR on call - call frequency is dependent on number of providers on staff
*CRNAs are supervised
*10 ORs, 2 L&D, 1 Cath Lab, 2 GI Suites
