The team here is skilled and the leader is a good person to work for. CRNA's here will have the option to work a 4 or 5-weekday schedule with occasional call. The average nurse anesthetist makes between $230K and $250K here. In a No Income Tax state, pay this high will go far. The benefits are outstanding with about 8 weeks off a year, a $10K Sign-on Bonus for CRNA's, or a Loan Program for students that offers $30K. Plus earn retirement to around 17K a year.
