Locums CRNA needed in the Hazleton, PA starting in 4-6 weeks and ongoing. Candidate will work in Hospital and ASC. All Inclusive Rate. Candidates who do straight Cardiac or General with Cardiac are preferred 8 hour days Monday - Friday Cases: Cardiac, Thoracic, Neuro, Endo, Ortho, GU, GYN service lines Medical Directed ACLS & PALS $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days. $Competitive Rate weeknight call + Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals Full Daily Rate per weekend day + Premium after 4 hours. $Competitive Weeknight Call Rate + Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day + Premium If Called In.
