Job Description
Locum Source Staffing is currently working with a level II facility in Iowa that is looking for immediate CRNA coverage May-August with possible ongoing dates. This facility is located in the heart of the Midwest, offers award-winning attractions, one-of-a-kind shops, eateries, and fabulous shopping – all blended with rich history and stunning architecture.
DATES:
1 provider needed for: May 17 week, Aug 16 week
1 provider also needed to work day shift plus call for: Saturday, July 3, from 6:30am to 6:30am on Sunday, July 4.
2 providers needed for: June 28 week, Aug 9 week, Aug 23 week, Aug 30 week; 3positions July 26 week, Aug 2 week
3 providers need the week of July 4
Ongoing needs past August
SCHEDULE:
Generally MWF 6:45 - 3:15, T TH 7:15 - 3:45
Starting times may vary depending upon surgery schedule
SETTING:
- Hospital based and Ambulatory Surgery Center - No Pain Clinic
REQUIREMENTS:
Active Iowa license
NBCRNA
BLS & ACLS
Clean record/license needed for quick credentialing
Dates provider can cover - Required at name clear (provider must have a good amount of availability)
EMR System: Cerner & paper charting
