Northern IN - 20 min West of Valparaiso/ 1 hour West of South Bend
- Locum CRNA Coverage needed
- ASAP Ongoing
- Cases: B&B - Regional, Cardiac, OB, Ortho, General, Endoscopy, & Ophthalmology
- Monday - Friday
- Hours - (vary depending on cases) (overtime is over 8 hours per day)
- No weeknight or Weekend call
- CRNA's work independently
