Facility Details/Job Description:
--Active Illinois license
--Monday through Friday, 7am-3pm (sometimes 5pm)
--Call is 1:3 including weekends
--Cases include: Scopes, B&B, Orthopedics, Cataracts, Urology, Podiatry
--CRNAs only
