• Case Types: Gen Surgery, Endo, GYN (NO OB), Ortho, ENT, Dental and Vascular (Simple) - Epidurals and Nerve Blocks
• Support: 3 CRNA's - 4 MD's
• NY License
• BLS/ACLS
• BC
• Must work autonomously
