Description
- Start ASAP
- Expedited Privileges with Clean Background and Malpractice History
- 6-month minimum Commitment for Assignment
- Flexible Full Time and Part Time
- 1-2 CRNAs Needed
- Work Schedule: 3 12s, 4 10s or 3-11
- Call is Optional
- Cases Bread and Butter, No hearts or peds,
- 9 ORs in the main building and 4 ORs in the surgery center
- Inpatient and outpatient
- Supervision model 3:1 or 4:1
- EMR: EPIC
- 1 full day orientation
- NBCRNA
- IL APRN license
- 2 Years Experience
- Paid Travel and Lodging
- Paid Malpractice Insurance Coverage
- Weekly Direct Deposit
- Flexible Schedules
- Assistance with Credentialing
