- Location: Mountain Home, AR
- Requirements: Active AR license, Active DEA, Board-certified- NBCRNA
- When: ASAP; Immediately pending successful credentialing (about 4 weeks to credential)
- Client: is a nonprofit hospital with more than 180 primary care, mid-level and specialist physicians on the medical staff, and approximately 1,700 employees in total, that has been serving residents of North Central Arkansas and South Central Missouri for more than 55 years.
- Reason for coverage: expanding practice – this opportunity can be straight locums, locum to perm, or a permanent employee with a salary and benefits (providers choice).
- Shift:4, 10hr. shifts/week (630am-5pm); day off rotates; on call 1day/week and 1 weekend/month- Ideally looking for candidates to provide full time coverage, but will consider part time as well!
- Cases / Procedures: Ortho, Neuro-spine, Uro, GS, Vascular, Plastics, ENT; 8 OR Rooms; Approximately 35 cases/day
- Compensation: starting at $140/hr. - Lodging (if needed), mileage reimbursement and malpractice covered as well!!
