Job Description

Addiction Medicine LPN needed NW of Atlanta.

This clinic specializes in treating alcohol addiction patients with more than 90% success results.

Due to continued growth, clinic is seeking an experienced LPN

Evening rounds for 5 patients in an outpatient setting.
Collect and document vitals.
Witness and document medications.
Collect and document patient information,
Interact with Nurse Practitioner and MD as required.
Monday-Friday
5pm- 9pm
Weekend shifts available
