Job Description
* 8 weeks, 5/22/17 start
* Variable shifts, M-F, 36 hours/wk guaranteed
* LPN must have at least 1 year of recent outpatient LPN experience
* Active CT LPN License and BLS required
* LPN must be able to give injections, call patients regarding labs, and educate patients
