Description
Provides care under supervision of physician for clinic patients, according to established standards and practices. Performs various lab procedures when necessary in accordance with competency. Serves on Emergency Response teams or in a Lead Role over other clinical staff as directed.
Requirements
- Current LVN License
- Vocational/technical school
- 1-3 years experience in a clinic setting with demonstrated leadership ability. Specialty experience may be required for LVN's working in specialty practices
- Some computer knowledge
- May include EKG, treadmill, Holter monitor, and other specialized medical equipment depending on specialty area.
- Basic nursing skills
