HumanEdge is looking to hire a Licensed Practical Nurse to work in a Premier Skilled Nursing facility located in a beautiful residential neighborhood of Wayne, NJ

• Immediate start
• Full time and Part-time
• 8-hour shifts, , 3:00pm-11:00pm with every other weekend

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patients’ needs
• Perform assigned duties. Including the administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor client’s conditions; reporting changes to RN’s
• Accurately document observations, interventions and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided

• As a Licensed Practical Nurse LPN, you will have:
• Education: Graduate of a State-approved and accredited School of Nursing.
• Experience: 1 – 2 years’ experience in Nursing Home, Skilled Nursing
• License/Registration: Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in New Jersey
• Other: Demonstrates initiative, judgment, and dependability.
• Good verbal and written skills.
