Job Description
HumanEdge is looking to hire a Licensed Practical Nurse to work in an Assisted Living facility in Manhattan.
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided
- Immediate start
- Part-Time, Per diem
- 8-hour shifts, 7:00am-3:00pm, 3:00pm-11:00pm
- Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patients’ needs
- Perform assigned duties. Including the administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
- Monitor client’s conditions; reporting changes to RN’s
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided
Licensed Practical Nurse Requirements
- Knowledge of Sigma care or Point Click Care
- Excellent Presentation and Customer Service Skills
- Education: Graduate of a State-approved and accredited School of Nursing
- Experience: 1 – 2 years’ experience in Nursing Home or Hospital setting
