Job Description
HumanEdge is looking to hire Licensed Practical Nurses to work in an LTC Rehabilitation facilities in Bergen & Essex Counties in New Jersey.
- Immediate start
- Full time and Part time
- 12-hour shifts, 7:00am-7:00pm, 7:00pm-7:00am
- Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patients’ needs
- Perform assigned duties. Including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
- Monitor client’s conditions; reporting changes to RN’s
- Accurately document observations, interventions and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided
Licensed Practical Nurse/LPN Requirements
- Education: Graduate of a State-approved and accredited School of Nursing.
- Experience: All levels of experience are welcomed to apply
- License/Registration: Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in New York State.
- Other: Demonstrates initiative, judgment, and dependability.
- Good verbal and written skills.
