HumanEdge is looking to hire an experienced LPN to work in a Private addiction Treatment Center in Newark, NJ
Licensed Practical Nurse/LPN Responsibilities- The LPN will be responsible for assessing clients’ medical needs and to determine appropriate medical or psychiatric interventions. In addition, the LPN is required to administer medication, assist physicians in providing care to clients, and provide ongoing medical documentation within the medical department.
- This is a Licensed Practical Nurse position, the employee must be available during the work hours of 9:00 – 5:00 pm; there may be changes in the schedule.
Licensed Practical Nurse/LPN Requirements
- 2 years prior addiction experience
- CPR Certification
- Knowledgeable in Narcan administration
- Nursing degree from accredited program
- Undergraduate degree in nursing or related field preferred
