Licensed Practical Nurse - Part Time Weekends (Lee County)

We are seeking a Per Diem / Part Time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at the Lee County Jail in Leesburg, .
Licensed Practical Nurse responsibilities will include:
• Administering medication
• Transcribing orders
• Participating in reviewing new bookings and health care requests for immediate and on-going health care needs with appropriate consultation with supervising medical staff
• Triaging health care requests
• Collecting specimens
• Communicating with MD/PA/FNP or RN

Requirements include:
• Current, unrestricted Practical Nursing License in state of practice
• Current CPR certification
• Must obtain and maintain a security clearance throughout the course of employment
