Job Description
* 13 weeks, ASAP start
* 8-12 hour days, every other weekend, 36 hours/wk guaranteed
* LPN must have at least 1-2 years of previous Dialysis experience
* MN LPN and BLS required.
* Must be proficient at performing dialysis related nursing tasks!
* Facility has a small, 5 chair, Dialysis unit
