Ghost RX is currently searching for qualified LPN/LVN's to work in the Out-Patient Clinic at Fort Riley Army Base. Interviews/offers are within 24 -48 hours.

Requirements:

• The HCW shall be a qualified LPN/LVN trained atan accredited Nursing Program, with an Associate’s Degree in Practical Nursing
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• TheHCW performing services under this contract shall have a minimum of 1 year experiencewithin the last three (3) years, which includes the care of adults, andnewborns. (Recent completion of NursingClinicals can be counted towards experience)
• Possess andmaintain a current unrestricted license in any of the 50 United States, theDistrict of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. VirginIslands and be able to obtain clinical privileges to individually practicemedicine at IACH. This license must be current (not revoked, suspended, orlapsed in registration), Valid (the issuing authority accepts and considers QAinformation (i.e. practitioner professional performance and conduct indetermining continued licenses)), and unrestricted (not subject to restrictionpertaining to the scope, location, or type of practice ordinarily granted toother applicants for similar licenses in granting jurisdiction

Duties:

Provideage-specific care based on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) of the FortRiley, Irwin Army Community Hospital Outpatient Clinics; specific health careprovider's orders; the physical, mental and emotional needs of the patient; andthe policies and procedures.
