Job Description
LPN needed October 7-December 29 at Corporate Health clinic in NW Minnesota near Thief River Falls. Clinic sees employees (100% adult) for primary care, occupational medicine, chronic condition management, travel medicine, & acute episodic issues such as strep, common cold, etc. LPN will check patients in and out, conduct drug screens, room patients, take vitals, obtain patient complaints/histories, & other duties as needed. Hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with a 30-minute lunch break. Dress code is neutral colored scrubs. Provider will work with RN & Nurse Practitioner. Average 15-20 patients per day. Clinic uses Epic & OHM EMR systems.
