Job Description
HumanEdge is looking to hire a Licensed Practical Nurse /LPN to work in an Assisted Living/Long Term Facility.
- Specialty: LPN-Rehab- Travel
- Locations: Whiting, NJ
- Shift: Variable Shifts
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Start Date: ASAP
- Provide resident Care, document health needs and changes
- Administer medications, document resident daily care, movement, and hygiene
- Assist Staff Doctors and Registered Nurses
- Provide preventive health maintenance for participants
- Work with residents and their families with questions or concerns
- Document patient care in accordance with regulatory and accrediting requirements
- Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition
Travel LPN Requirements
- New Jersey State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
- At least one year in Long Term Care or hospital experience in resident patient care services preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours and occasional weekends
