Job Description
Continuum Medical Staffing has an opportunity for a 10 weeks assignment for Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to work in a prestigious Long Term Care Facility in Ukiah, CA
Prefer 2 years of recent SNF experience but we will take 1 year if LVN is clinically strong.
Assignment will involve both weekdays and weekend work, 36 hours per week, with some call.
The overtime rate (+$10/hr) will apply to any hours worked in excess of 40 hours/week. Time and a half will be billed for any hours worked in excess of 12 hours per day. Any applicable Call Back Hours will be billed at +$10/hr.
Maximum All Inclusive Per Hour Temporary Rate $ 49
