Position: LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse
Location: Mr. Juliet, TN
Shift: 5:15 AM - 10:15 PM
Every Weekday Except Labor Day
Start: Immediately
Job Details
- Assist with acute and chronic conditions
- Check Vitals
- Patient History
- Blood Draws
- Injections
- Enter Medical Information into an Electronic Medical Record
- Education Patients
Requirements
- Experience in a outpatient setting
- Strong PC and Internet Skills
- Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience
- 2 years current LPN experience
- Current and unrestricted state licensure
- A friendly personality with good people skills
- Able to perform blood draws, give injections, take vitals and input medical information into the EMR
