Job Description
* 13 weeks, ASAP start
* 8 hour shifts, 8-5pm
* Prefer LPN with at least 1 year of recent Home Health experience
* HCHB & OASIS experience a huge plus
* Must have reliable transportation, vehicle insurance, and valid drivers' license
* Will travel 30-40 miles per day; 30-35 productivity points
