We are seeking a qualified Private Duty Licensed Practical Nurse LPN for an immediate opening. This private duty home care position is located in Andover, MA.

Job Responsibilities
Under the general direction of the Nurse Manager, the Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for the delivery of safe an appropriate nursing care to an assigned patient population.
Additional responsibilities for the Private Duty Licensed Practical Nurse LPN include:
Two shift options:
7:00am to 7:00pm, Rotating Shifts
7:00pm to 7:00am, Rotating Shifts
Job Requirements
We are looking for dedicated and professional Private Duty Licensed Practical Nurse LPN who is committed to providing exceptional patient care and service. It is also important that you are highly organized and that you demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Specific qualifications for the Private Duty Licensed Practical Nurse LPN role include:
Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing
Current Massachusetts AND New Hampshire LPN license
Trained and certified bi-annually in CPR
Valid driver's license
